Return Policy
You can return any item for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date if it’s not as listed.
Please note that items should be returned in the condition in which they were received and in, or with, it’s original packaging.
Items must be returned with a valid return form and it is strongly advised that you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number.
Optical Gems will not pay postage on products or parcels being returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 12 working days, from the delivery date to us, for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, the refund may take 4-6 working days to show in your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
How to return an item:
- Complete the returns form that is enclosed in your delivery package.
- Post returned item to our address given in the form.

Combine Shipping
You can combine your item(s) in one shipment to save shipping costs starting from the first date of your first win until 7 days.
Single items paid with shipping charge will be shipped immediately (within 24-72 hours).
If you are interested to combine your items, please make full payment.
US $5 for each additional item.
